Rev up for the official start of the 85th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally with an unforgettable Opening Ceremony on Friday, August 1st at 6:00 PM! The excitement kicks off with a parade into the Legendary Sturgis Buffalo Chip Amphitheater, featuring a proud flag procession and the roar of bikes from Main Street to Fourth Street.
Once inside the amphitheater, rally-goers will unite for the powerful “Rally Roar”, followed by a stirring rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner. Join the Mayor of Sturgis, rally sponsors, dignitaries, and thousands of riders as we celebrate the beginning of ten epic days of riding, music, and freedom.
